So now you’re clear on where you’re headed. You can see how your mission, vision, and values help direct your strategic objectives and you have a 90 day plan. You know exactly what you and your team need to be focused on in order to meet your goals for the next quarter. So what’s next? How do you break your 90 day plan and projects down into the tasks and steps that produce tangible outcomes?
Director of Operations Retainer
If you don’t want to manage the day-to-day operations needed to implement your 90 day plan and you want ongoing strategic partnership and ops management, you can continue to partner with me with our Director of Operations (D.O.O.) Monthly Retainer (initial retainer is a 90-day commitment).
As your D.O.O., I’ll help you organize your operations ecosystem (assets, team members, current workflows, tools, services… allll the things).
We’ll find all of the gaps, look at where operational efficiencies are needed and then integrate the systems, processes, workflows, and automations needed to get things done.
We’ll make sure you have the right people in the right seats on your team while we establish and track the appropriate KPIs.
We’ll do what’s necessary to give YOU more freedom and YOUR CLIENTS a legendary experience. (Phase 1 is included in Phase 2 and is required at the onset of the retainer)

Ops Ecosystem Intensive
You’re not ready for a D.O.O. but you want someone to take your 90 day plan and turn it into implementable steps.
Your team may be small (or you may be operating solo) and you just want someone to help you turn your projects into tasks and integrate the necessary operational efficiencies (processes, workflows, and automations) to get you started. The Ops Ecosystem Intensive could be a fit for you.
The Ops Ecosystem Intensive is a unique blend of deep-dive strategy intensive & done-for-you implementation.
We’ll lay out the steps and tasks needed to implement your 90 day plan, evaluate your current operations, and identify the gaps that need to be filled in order to get the steps and tasks done for the quarter.
We’ll outline the systems, processes, automations, and workflows needed to meet your objectives and set you up for success.
We’ll then integrate what we’ve layed out and set up an automated workflow for one of your signature offers (we prefer to use Dubsado for automated workflows, however we’re open to using and integrating your current tools in the way that makes the most sense for where you are and where you want to grow).
At the completion of your Ops Ecosystem Intensive, all you’ll need to do is enjoy your new processes that have been put in place plus your new automated workflow, and then have your team (or yourself) get to work implementing the Blueprint we’ve outlined for you.
Then you’ll just manage things on an ongoing basis and track your progress to make sure you’re staying aligned with your vision and strategic objectives.
(Phase 1 is included in the Ops Ecosystem Intensive. If you’ve already completed Phase 1, the $1800 will be deducted from your OEI investment.)
